How did we make it

Our product is made from a foamcore, also referred to as Expanded Polystyrene, or EPS.
Process

No mold,
easy to make,
and shorter time

More cost effective than traditional concrete, polyurethane is a no-mess, lightweight, and easy-to-install solution to upgrading the architectural elements with a product that is built to last.

This type of decoration has been rapidly promoted and used in recent years, with good results. It has many characteristics that cannot be compared to other products.

Cutting the shape

The first step of creating your moulding or other architectural element is using a computer controlled hot wire to cut out the shapes, wrapping them in mesh to strengthen them.

With grid net

Once we have our foam moulding cut, we apply an adhesive techincal mesh by manually pressing it into the shape. This is done for a couple of reasons. it provides a bond for the cement coating (next stage).

Concrete coating

The next step is to apply our patented mix of concrete and resin to create a spotless and smooth finish over our products.

Shipping & Delivery

The last step is packaging the products and shipping them directly to our customers, ready to be installed quickly and efficiently.
